Color and Clarity Fix

-Can you remove that weird red reflection light on my shirt/jacket and just have it be the normal black tux jacket/white shirt
-Anyway to fix the focus or clarity of the image? I seem a little out of focus; please do this in a way where it doesn’t look overly edited or fake/AI.
-Same with the lighting, adjust to make it look better without overly edited or fake.
