Is it normal to be attracted to significantly older women as a young sapphic?

I feel a little weird about it, I don’t see the appeal in girls my own age as much as I do older women ( when I say older I mean middle aged, like 50-60+ ) thats not to say I at all dislike the people my own age, I just have what feels like a very odd preference

Is this a common experience?
