I quit my job at 23. Now I'm starting from zero.

Findapath-Career Change

Hello I'm 23M from Mumbai, Maharashtra.

A few months ago, I left my job because I wanted to build something of my own. My uncle has been in the fruit supplying business for years, and instead of following the usual path of switching from one job to another, I decided to take a chance on myself.

My parents aren't happy about it(maybe). Almost every day they tell me about another job opening, another interview, another safe option. I don't blame them. They're worried because as of today, I don't have a single customer. That's the scary part.

Every morning I wake up wondering if I made the right decision. Then I remind myself that every business owner was once a person with zero customers. Someone has to be the first.

I'm not looking for sympathy. I just wanted to put this out there because it feels lonely sometimes. If I fail, at least I'll know I gave it everything. If I succeed, maybe this post will remind me where it all started.

I'm not looking for sympathy. I just wanted to share what this phase feels like because it can get lonely sometimes. If you've ever started a business from scratch, how did you deal with the uncertainty and self-doubt?
