Puppy lazy sit

My 5 month puppy does a lazy sit position quite often mostly when she is done playing or after a nap or so

However I have seen her sit straight as well.

Is this normal? Does Adult dogs also do the lazy sit quite frequently or could this be a potential health issue ?

I would appreciate any information
