Do you think it's worth downgrading to One UI 8 or 7?

I've been watching some YouTube tutorials on downgrading One UI, and I saw one that showed how to do it without a PC (using two smartphones) and the traditional method via PC. Do you think it would be worthwhile to do that?

My A56 is less than a year old (I bought it last November) and ever since I switched to One UI 8.5, things feel "ugly".

The quick panel has a ridiculously ugly blur effect, and there are other aesthetic issues with the system itself. I don't think this update is bad, but...

The fact that they "removed" download mode and easy access to DeX mode disappoints me. I'd like your opinion: would it be worth it or not?
