Gemini Proxy Server - Improved Colab, less 429s

I took a Gemini Proxy Colab code that I found around on the official Janitor site and worked on it over weeks, and I believe that I've made a decently polished version of it.

You just need to do two clicks mainly, three for mobile:

1. One near the Setup heading. Wait till it finishes.
2. Then the second near the Configure heading.
3. (For Mobile) You can click the topmost play button for mobile, which will play a silent audio to keep the tab running in the background.

Leave the tab open. Closing it will stop the server.

Then just copy and paste the link as it is as the API URL, enter your Google Studio API key and model name into the Janitor proxy section.

If you're changing checkmarks and options, you'll have to stop and start the Configure button again for it to take effect.

ENABLE_THINKING is a separate extra thinking that happens. You can toggle it and see if it creates any improvement and make a decision.

Do try it out and tell me how it goes. I'll be happy to have feedback, even if you just test it out of curiosity to create improvements.

I believe this will provide smoother free tier requests and fewer 429 Too Many Requests errors.
