Hiring in the age of AI assisted coding?

Hi fellow female founders,

I am starting to hire my first founding engineer, I am curious do you have them do take home assessments with AI agents allowed or have them solve leetcode style questions?

I could have them do a take home but don't have the time to design or evaluate it, what do you all use for this?
