Help with manga spice cafe

Hi, I hope it's OK to post this here. I could not find another appropriate thread as suggested I'm the rules and I'm kind of desperate. I signed up for a manga spice cafe subscription in June. I got an email beginning of July saying the monthly shipment was delayed with a tracking number the just shows a label created. I decided to order a mystery box while I was waiting for that because it says they ship out on three days and I assume the manga is in stock. I have received no correspondence from them after repeated emails. I am out $80 and feel scammed at this point. I get the monthly box being delayed but no update on tracking and no correspondence since the 2nd...and the other box should have shipped. It's been nearly a month. I know this is a reputable company but there are no updates to their website or social media since June. Does anyone know what is going on or have any suggestions? They have no phone number and don't respond to emails.
