Won employer’s motion to compel arbitration under the EFAA - what usually happens next? (California)

Long story short, I recently won the EFFA law in a wrongful termination FMLA violation case. And judges minute notes he typed out his decision along with the proof to validate this win. Does this benefit me down the road to win my Case even though discovery hasn’t happened yet? What’s the odds of the OC and the company taking this all the way to trial? Lawsuit is against a local hospital in my area. TRIAL IS SET FOR 2028.
