POE 2 Trading Site. What Stats Should I Filter?

I just found out about the trading site.

But I have no idea what to focus on in the game to get stronger except for the resistances.

I am up to the 3rd interlude and pretty much only got here because of the trading site.

I aimed for a bunch of stuff that increased my resistances and a stronger weapon.

But what should I be looking for (I know classes can play a role in this) but what generally are the best stats/modifiers in the game.

After I finish the interlude I plan on rerolling into a new character and plan on using the trading site when I get stuck and have enough exhaulted orbs.
