any advice? IgE at 4521 and intense symptoms all of a sudden ):

Basically, I’ve been feeling really unwell lately and my allergies seem like they suddenly went insane. I’ve had this weird traveling itch all over my body, really bad environmental/fragrance sensitivity, puffy eyes/under-eyes, sinus issues and recurrent sinus infections, headaches when I wake up, clogged ears, and I sneeze from things like strong perfume/cologne and scented hair products. I also sometimes wheeze after drinking alcohol, my heart rate runs fast, and I’ve been having joint pain and random tingling sensations.

On top of that, my stomach has been cramping after I eat pretty frequently, I’ve been exhausted after meals sometimes, and I unintentionally went from 128 to 122 lbs in about two weeks. I’m also currently having pretty significant cramping and breakthrough bleeding despite being in the middle of my birth control pack but attributed it to my endometriosis.

I finally had allergy testing done and my total IgE was 4521 which is extremely elevated. My environmental panel basically lit up. I tested strongly positive to dust mites, grasses, tons of trees/weeds, molds, cats/dogs, etc., with some allergens literally above 100 kUA/L. My food allergy blood panel also came back positive to a ridiculous number of foods, including peanut, wheat, soy, corn, nuts, shellfish, egg and others, even though I’ve eaten all of them my entire life without allergic reactions. So the food results may represent sensitization from my insanely high IgE rather than me suddenly being allergic to everything.

Other bloodwork has been mostly reassuring (thyroid, blood sugar, liver, kidneys and electrolytes looked normal) but my** **vitamin D was at 9 which is severely low.

I’m trying to figure out whether this is just really severe allergic/atopic disease or whether something like MCAS could be contributing because I’m having symptoms across multiple systems (skin, GI, respiratory, sinus/eyes and heart rate). I’m seeing an allergist/getting more testing, but right now I basically feel like my immune system decided to become allergic to the universe overnight 😭
