Took me a lot longer than I thought, but finished the tower in Rivendell! I had all 3 Ocean’s movies on while I was building and finished.

The roof tiles were such a pain in the ass lol I’m not looking forward to the rest of them😂. I mean I am but I’m not. I love the details in the bedroom, Bilbo’s book, I even am going to use an extra little piece for a walking stick holder so he can be in his room.

My ONLY minor complaint is that the hobbit feet don’t bend, so I can’t have Bilbo sitting at his desk. And I think the placement of the Shards of Narsil sticker is weird but minor minor complaint.

Loving it. I can’t wait to have it displayed it’s going to look so pretty. I’ve got the tower on the shelf where the whole set is going to live, just looking at and admiring it. Can’t help but smile every time. I made the right decision with this vs the Venator. Barad-dûr could also have been an option but I disqualified it because of height, which I realize now isn’t an issue. So I’ll have to make sure I buy it before the end of 2027. Cuz I think I’m going to buy the Falcon later this year and sit on it (and if I end up needing the money bad turn around and sell it cuz it’ll be retired). Literally the only reason I wouldn’t buy and immediately build the Falcon.

Anyway. Thanks for dealing with me posting my journey on here and being dope people! I’ll post more as I get into book 2. Maybe I’ll put the movies on this time (start with The Hobbit cuz I’ve seen them the least).
