I am thinking about checking myself in thr psych ward

​​ I have lost motivation with my hobbies, going to school, going to work, hanging out with friends, sleeping a lot, and extreme irritability. I want to be alone 24/7 and I think it's time for me to get help but I'm too terrified of what psychiatric facility that they'll put me in in michigan. The psych hospitals in Michigan do more harm than good
