Am I the issue or something else?

Hello all. since last year ive been the search for glasses. I just want something that fits my eyes and doesn't give anxiety and dizziness.

ive gone to 3 different locations, gotten 4 exams and 3 pairs of glasses. they've all been too strong or felt completely off. my latest exam and current glasses i have, was dont this month on the 10th. ive had my glasses for 6 days now and I still get anxiety while driving and feel dizzy. its not horrible but it does make me extremely tired once I get home. I dont feel anxious while im sitting or laying down but once im driving for more than 15 minutes i feel my eyes get strained and fight to focus.

This is my first prescription I got back in July 03 2025

OD -4.00 / -3.00 / 015

OS -4.75/ -3.25 / 150

Second place was October 9 2025

Would my axis changing affect the time my eyes take to adjust or would it be my astigmatism?
