Want an IEM but hate having to deal with the cable, what are my viable options?

I recently used to own TRUTHEAR Hexa, with Tripowin Zonie cable and a JCALLY JM6 Pro adapter. I check my phone very often and that makes the cable tangle after a while. I've tried to be careful and tried not to rotate my phone a lot but after awhile I just can't be bothered by it. So I sold it.

But now I'm feeling a bit fomo about the IEMs and after a consideration I'm 100% sure I won't like the cable experience again. So that is completely out of the option.

So what are my possible options here? Smt like KZ AE01 or KZ AN01 (without the extra adapter for IEM?). Would this sort of adapter mimic the chip inside the JM6 pro adapter? Do I have to give up some of the sound quality for comfort?

I have iPhone 16 and live in EU if that makes any difference.
