AITAH for still being friends with this girl but secretly kinda hate her?

Me (24F) her (23F), let's call her NH. NH talks shit about everyone in our friend group, so whenever that happens, they come to me because apparently im the group therapist. Recently, NH started talking shit about me, and I dont understand why because I've been there for her since middle school. Anyway, when my boyfriend and I got together, NH started talking shit about me. NH said to my boyfriend, "Oh shut up, Lil boy, you guys won't last long at all. She always uses someone and then brakes up with them. Also, before yall dated, she hated your ass. She just knows you will fuck her till your dick falls off, because yall are honey weirdos." I called her out on it, and NH started denying it, saying that it was one of our other friends G. I wasn't buying that, so we got in an argument. Long story short, NH ended up not being my friend anymore. That lasted about 2-4 days before NH texted me, saying how sorry she was, and at the end of the text, NH was asking me to ask my boyfriend to take down a tiktok post he had made about her, so obviously NH wasn't sorry she just wanted me to ask him to take it down. Later on, I found out that when my boyfriend and I got together, NH tried getting with him and telling him that they could just keep it a secret. My boyfriend obviously said no, and I confronted her yet again. NH said that "it was a loyalty test." I didn't believe her because she's tried this bullshit before. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, NH told one of our friends that she didn't like me because I "twerk all the time." She can not be saying that because she twerks more than I do. (I know these are kinda stupid, but im just tired of her talking shit about me when I've been there for her since middle school, and never talked about her like that behind her back), so AITAH?
