Looking for Renaissance of DNA and Arctic Mods

Hey guys, I'm looking for the ROD mod, it's on MODDB but there are no files there. Also "BestInSlot" has a video on YouTube with an arctic environment. It looks really cool but I can't find that anywhere.

If someone has these mods or the links to these mods, would you be so kind to send me these?

Thanks
