Finding fun things in game and series

I'm just watching 2nd season and it looks like the ghoul is carrying Dom Pedro? Also, I first tried 76 back when it first came out, very briefly, but I don't remember the ghoul being in it? Did they add him later with the tv show? There is a power fist in one of the episodes and I just had to try it in game and to my surprise it is quite a lot of fun.

What are other funny Easter eggs or fun facts you found between the game and the show?
