Tourist Friendly Clubs?

Guys I am visiting the city soon for the first time! I am really excited to experience the social clubs. Any recommendations for tourist friendly clubs? Also if they have the following things that would be a plus:
- THC Pens (im hoping to take it out to enjoy in my apartment)

- Also if they have entertainment there such as pool, playstation, .. etc
