What is going on this makes no sense

Why are the calls so bad all of a sudden? I’m getting so much cs calls a day, and the customers are worse when for the last few months they seemed fine. What gives? My approach and nothing has changed yet I’m getting much more declined calls, window shoppers and unserious customers. For the last few months I have been steadily averaging 6 sales a day with solid metrics, but recently the calls have been so bad. On top of that if I do get a customer who’s looking something happens like it declines, the quote is outrageous etc. all agents complain about this. It’s not fair , im constantly stressed about my performance when I’m able to perform well when the calls are okay.
