How to dispose late family member adult toys?

A month ago my sister (actually my aunt) unexpectedly passed away due to an aneurysm. In the midst of my own chaos and mourning I went to her room and put all her adult toys in a bag and bring it to my home. I did it because I thought she wouldn’t have wanted my grandparents to find them once they decided to clean.
But now my question is how do I safely get rid of them?
Perhaps the most obvious question would be throwing them into the trash, but where I live (Mexico) is fairly common for people to go through garbage to find anything useful or that can be sold, and often there’s have been post of facebook of people selling adult toys on the flea markets and I don’t want anything related to my sister to go that way.
I thought about wrapping them in newspapers and then in tape but that either deter people from snooping or it makes them more curious of it.
What should I do? Thanks in advance, hope this is the right sub for this.
