Do i trade my neon smores raccoon and neon burger bear??

I want to trade my pets for upgrades, them 2 being my highest value randoms but idk if its worth it incase they rise, does anybody think theyll rise or drop? Im so bad w values for newer pets and can never figure out whichll do good and which wont
