Have I been hacked? Please help.

I have a zip pay account owing $1000 and today when I logged in to Zip I can’t see my zip pay account.

It’s as if I never had a zip plus card and asks me to make a new one.

Have I been hacked I’m so stressed?

Please help me. I would appreciate a response.
