Foreigner Women Cautious

As a close friend of the moderators of a social meetup group, I feel it's important to share a warning with foreign women.

About a month ago, a 40-year-old Korean man was removed from the group after multiple women came forward with allegations that he had been using the group to target foreign women, particularly Latinas and Europeans. Since then, additional women have reportedly shared similar experiences, which is why some of us believe it's important to raise awareness.

Many of the women do not know each other, yet their accounts are strikingly similar. In addition, several male members contacted the group's main administrator after saying the man had openly boasted to them about his behavior toward women he met through the group.

Out of respect for the privacy of the women involved and those who came forward, I won't share specific details of the allegations.

He is multilingual, well-traveled, outgoing, and reportedly very skilled at creating false personas and manipulating people online. According to those who have spoken up, he uses multiple social and dating apps to meet women and entangle them, including this page.

To help women protect themselves while respecting privacy, I will only share limited identifying information. His Western name starts with H, his last name starts with L, his first name starts with J, and his full initials are H.L.J.
