Stressing bad

I have no fucking CLUE how I’m supposed to start from zero. Get a job, earn money, find my own place, manage two kids, all alone. Ex works away so I can’t even rely on him for more regular help. I’m not near any family or friends. I can’t stop crying because it’s seeming easier to stay and be abused and unhappy. This is all way too daunting.
