Question from an owner

Hey guys, hope you can help me out.

I’m using Rover for the first time next month. If all goes well, we’ve kind of do our own thing.

We did the meet and greet and we actually know a lot of the same people that are like-minded when it comes to our babies so I’m totally comfortable

I’ve been watching the app for a few weeks and it seems like quid pro quo as it appears that you all are not getting a lot of support from them and owners really don’t get any in return am I reading that wrong?

And I cannot believe how much this app gets off of you guys.

Is it 20% off of the bookings? Like she’s charging me $60 a night sleepovers plus there’s like a $20 robber fee so are they getting the $20 +20% of $180? I’m a tipper as well, so I’m just kind of curious because I wanna make sure she’s well taken care of once. We hopefully continue this.
