Curious about opening an account

Hi y’all, I’ll keep this short, and I’ll deeply appreciate any answers or opinions.

I’m considering switching to Capital One’s checking and savings accounts. Currently, my wife and I have a credit union bank account, but she has a Capital One Credit Card and I have a Discover Credit Card. What are some pros and uncommon cons that I would need to consider? Also, would our CCs also show up jointly on that account?
