3 days post insertion - chronic fatigue, headaches, nausea

I got my Mirena inserted 3 days ago. Ever since, the cramps haven't been too bad at all, so I am grateful for that. I am having normal spotting. But I've been having serious fatigue/exhaustion, brain fog, headaches, and nausea. Did anyone else experience this post insertion? Does it go away?
