Popeyes First Day

Hi guys I just wanted to ask a random ass question so today was my first day training at Popeys and I was wondering if it was normal that they didnt make me sign any paperwork or watch any videos. I fully expected to dk these things but they insted just showed me around and left me to be is that normal?
