Atv problems

I have a 2006 Polaris Hawkeye 300 4x4 and I turned it on today and it started fine and moved it a little and put it back in neutral and noticed the rpm’s were high I turned it off and went to started it again it wouldn’t and if it did start it would bog as I moved and turned off. Any suggestions?
