Donkey Kong Bananza or Splatoon Raiders?

I just recently bought a Switch 2 (mainly for my wife and kid) and wanted to get a platforming game for us to play. Has anyone played both yet, and if so, what would you recommend? If you have only played one of them, what do you think about the game?

There are a few things I am also taking into consideration. Splatoon Raiders being $20 cheaper is appealing, but I have never played a Splatoon game before, whereas I have played pretty much every DK game since the NES days. Also, my wife can't play 3D games too long w/o getting a little nauseous from it, so maybe if one is a little slower when it comes to having to rotate the camera and such may be the better option (even though i am sure both have options to adjust the camera speeds).

Thanks for any help in advance! I know next to nothing about these games outside of the preview videos on the Nintendo store.
