Need help finding a pc

Im looking for a new pc since my current one is getting old and im not exactly sure what to look for. Im looking for something around 1,200 but would be open to something a little more expensive. As long as its not 1,800 or more. I just want it to be able to run my games smoothly with high fps. I dont play on high graphics so if possible it would be cool if i could get one that does that and still runs smooth. Please help, no rush!!
