Got given a one-year ban from Loblaws for shoplifting. Can I go back to that store?

Long story short, I came across some hard times and was reducing my grocery bill using the self checkout. Got stopped by a clerk and a cop was already there on duty. They had my receipt with my card info, the cop took my ID, and let me go with a warning. (I probably looked pretty sad). When I asked what I do now, he said to not come back for a year. That they had my face "in the system". I didn't receive any paperwork from the store or the cop.

It's been well over a year since the incident, I don't plan to shoplift again, but I am moving to a place where the best place to get groceries is that store.

Can I go back to the store? Will there be any trespassing issues? I'm worried about them having my face "in the system". This is in Toronto btw. Thanks for the help.
