Cloudbeds - Refunded payment appears as Balance Due on Guest Folio

I recently refunded a guest part of their overall balance. While the payment went through, and appears as a refund in their credit card log, it has also come up as the balance due for the guest. In the folio it states that their total is the refunded amount instead of $0.
Does anyone know how the fix this? I can’t check them out until I do.
