Colonial Gardens

Hello.

I'm moving to Colonial Gardens apartments at the border of Pittsfield and Dalton.

All I've heard are great things about this place. The only additional fees outside of rent seem to be the air conditioning fee in the summer.

Are there any issues with this place? Seems to be a pretty good place to live.
