$300 CSR travel credit expires today ..Help !

Wife has CSR starting this January and her benefits say she has used $0 of $300 so far and it expires today 7/25/2026. I have no idea how she missed it. I just happened to see it in her account and she said she completely forgot about it and thought it expires only on Dec 31, 2026. Please help for any instant travel transactions which will trigger it .. I am skeptical though :-(
