Hair extensions

Does everyone have hair extensions now?

I have long hair, but it’s never been super thick, and I do everything I can to make it look a little fuller.

I’ve been watching a lot of reality TV lately, and I’ve come to the conclusion that it feels like 70% of the women on these shows are wearing extensions. Am I imagining this, or is it just the norm now? I feel like I’m very late to the party lol. To me - extensions just felt like it was something for special occasions but I think this is the norm for everyday now.

I’m not looking for dramatic volume just a little boost to make my hair look a bit fuller.Any thoughts or suggestions welcomed
