How do you all schedule weekend family time?

Hi everyone,

Realtor here, 10 years. I'm now in my 30s, don't have or plan to have kids, but I do have a significant other. I am generally busy on weekends, but I'd say at least half I'm not. We don't live together yet, so obviously that means we get limited face-to-face time. Luckily, I'm in a HCOL area, so I'm not running around with clients 24/7 and such, but when I'm working, I'm busy.

Just looking for general tips how you guys handle your time.
