Best Electric Guitar Setup under 15k

Heyy, so I am a complete beginner and wanted to learn to play an electric guitar bcuz most of my hobbies and activities required screens, and my parents and even I am getting tired of it, after watching and listening to some electric guitar covers, i was mind blown, and like I really wanted to play it, it would be a pretty good hobby plus my screentime will be cut alot.

Now enough yapping about my story, I seen some reddit posts and people were recommending guitars like yahama Pacifica 012 but if I check the prices now it is well above 22k, I could find it cheaper in offline but I don't think it would still fit my budget..And yeah I also acknowledge that finding a electric guitar let alone a whole basic setup is very hard in the price range but I don't wanna force my parents into buying me a very expensive setup and then I would just quit after a year, 15k is still very expensive for me atleast but I genuinely wanna learn electric guitar.

I think the basic things u need is an electric guitar, cable and amp, other things r not very expensive or come inside the box. If I really get into playing electric guitar I would upgrade in a year or so, but for now please drop the best guitars and amps and the other stuff I could get currently. (I am thinking to buy offline but online works too ig if I can't find the exact model) I live in bhopal btw.

I can ask my parents to strech my budget to like 17k but I don't think it would go more than that.

Please help if u can and thanks in advance🙏✊🫡
