Lookin for some advice

I got a 19 Silverado that starting to have peeling clear coat on the bed on multiple spots. I was quoted $2900 to completely sand/repaint just the bed. Although it’s not very noticeable now, each car wash makes it worse and I can only imagine how it will do with the cold temps later in the year. 110k on the truck, with 20k left on payment. Should I suck it up and pay the $2900, wait it out till it all falls off or look for a new vehicle.
