WENDY

Change:

-Doesn't spawn with full shield anymore

Nerfs:

-Scr rate:5->8 hits

-Super health:7k->5k

-Super damage reduction:70%->50%

-Movement speed:Fast->Normal

Her spawning with a full shield completely removes the concept of her being a squishy brawler that needs to hit shots to become tankier. This also makes her usable on longer ranged maps because of her trait. Her supercharge is too fast for such a broken super and by the time you get rid of it, she has another one ready. Her super has too much health for a spawnable and it shields for too much. She doesn't need fast movement speed as she doesn't need to keep up with her teamates to support them and she already has a escape tool.

DAMIAN

Rework:

-Super doesnt pull enemies into the middle now, instead it works like a Mina super

-Vulgar display of punch:Now works like the hyper(it deals 600 per second)

-Hyper super pulls enemies to the middle

Buffs:

-Hypercharge rate:4->3.33 supers

Nerfs:

-Speaker health:2k->1.6k

-1st gadget heal:3.2k->2.4k

-2nd gadget range:7->5 tiles

-2nd gadget duration:7->4 seconds

His super pulling enemies to the middle when he lands is one of the main reasons it's broken. This rework makes it so brawlers who's escape tool is their speed or a dash have a chance before being shredded. His starpowers IS the main reason his super is broken. It completely removes any counter play, I reworked it to work like the hyper while the hyper now has the old super mechanic(I also buffed the hyper rate as it would be too slow for a now way weaker hypercharge). His 1st gadget heals too much which makes it so he can survive most of the damage dealers who don't instantly deal the damage. His 2nd gadget gives way too much control because it has such a huge range and lasts for so long so I nerfed both of those.
