It wont let me customize a yeti cup...

I am trying to buy an 18oz water bottle and I would like to customize it with my kids name. But the option is greyed out. When I pick a different item I can click the button but as soon as I start the process it greys out.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I have a yeti account and have bought plenty of items before that have been customized. Thanks!
