Black screen when I launch into a game

Its been happening for a few months now but now has been happening more and its pissing me off, I need to alt f4 every time and restart the game, I literally don't know whats causing this, I have the same stuff open as I did before and it suddenly started to happen

Has anyone got this and how did you solve it?
