Simple Circuit Help

LTSpice circuit with measured values.

Two signals measured, blue = input, yellow = output

Breadboard circuit. Blue, green, and red wires are the signal, those are what I had available.

Hey everyone, I could use some help. I made a simple circuit that I like the sound of but for some reason my LTSpice simulation doesn't match what my oscope is reading. I have triple checked my circuit and values for each component and I am not sure what the issue is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is my first time using a NPN transistor in LTSpice.
