Exeter vs Reading Malaysia for Law: Is the prestige worth an extra £70k?

I’m an international student and I’ve received offers from University of Exeter, Cardiff, and Reading Malaysia for an LLB pathway.
Exeter is my top choice academically, but the cost is worrying. The foundation is around £22k and the LLB is about £25k/year, making it roughly £97k total (excluding accommodation). Paying this would put a lot of financial pressure on my family.
Reading Malaysia seems like a much more affordable route. I have a 30% scholarship, the foundation is around £4k, and the LLB year is around £6.5k. After completing my first year in Malaysia, I can transfer to the UK campus with tuition discounts (35% off year 2 and 30% off year 3), bringing the overall cost much lower.

My main questions are:

Would Exeter accept a University of Reading Malaysia foundation if I wanted to apply there later?

Is Exeter worth the financial struggle, or is the Malaysia route the smarter choice?

Has anyone transferred from Reading Malaysia to the UK campus or gone through a similar pathway?

I’m really confused and would appreciate any advice. Thanks!
