Anyone else had this experience with Juno Records?

I just received my cassette copy of Danger Days by My Chemical Romance and the shrink-wrap had been removed, the hype sticker cut out and inserted into the case and the cassette had then been resealed. The cassette was also paused in the middle of the album. There's no real issue as the cassette plays fine, but I was just wondering if this is normal or if Juno Records ever sells second-hand stock.
