Would AAR pair well with Berzerker?

Hey all,

I'm not too experienced with the game and how in depth it is but I always like to play based on themes.

Now with the Berzerker class it just seems appropriate that a tough muscular class based on rage should be handing out Kamehamehas and energy blasts in the form of AARs.

I'm not too familiar with AAR but are there any good synergies that could come from Berzerker? Any items to take advantage of damage conversions? Anything of that sort to make my Saiyan end game viable?
