Help please, wrist pain when playing

i’m disabled and when i play splatoon my hands/wrists hurt so much after just a few games. i’ve been loving raiders since it came out but the pain is reminding me why i was kind of forced out of playing splat3. the main it’s not ignorable is bc i’m a full time wheelchair user and today it was hard to push my chair because of it.

does anyone else struggle with the same thing? how do you combat it? is it because holding the switch up for motion controls is too heavy?
