UA ODVI quesions

I just completed my ODVI and these were the questions I got asked:

1. Give an example of how you handled a situation where multiple priorities shifted simultaneously. What strategies did you use to remain flexible without sacrificing quality?

2. Describe a situation where you had to collaborate with a team member whose work style or personality was very different from yours. How did you bridge the gap to achieve a shared goal?

3. Tell me about a time when you anticipated a customer need or identified a potential service issue before it became a problem. How did you address it proactively, and what impact did this have on the customer’s experience.

There were also a few multiple choice questions that asked about passport expiration, relocation, and tattoos and then at the end they had me write my passport’s expiration date.
