Does anyone have a link or video of the Death Battle crew explaining their researching g processes?

I've once heard that how death battle organizes their research is that they will assign two primary head researchers to research a series, sometimes with the aid of other researchers, and that they usually determine scaling.

Does anyone have any source for this? Or at the very least have any source for the crew explaining the research process?
